For us, the collection of certain personal data is necessary to carry out the intrinsic activities of our commercial business as a real estate company, and we are obligated to comply with sufficient legal and security measures to protect your personal data. Summer Real Estate & Travel will collect the necessary personal data for the formalization of the type of real estate or lease product you request or require. Among other things, but not limited to, Summer Real Estate & Travel may collect your name; address; date of birth; country of birth; nationality; occupation, profession, activity, or business to which you are dedicated; phone numbers; Unique Population Registry Code; Federal Tax Registry Code, etc.

It is important to mention that as a duly established real estate company, Summer Real Estate & Travel must additionally collect from you the necessary data to comply with applicable legal provisions in matters of prevention and detection of acts, omissions, or operations that could favor, provide assistance, aid, or cooperation of any kind for the commission of the crimes provided for in articles 139 or 148 Bis of the Federal Penal Code or that could fall within the assumptions of article 400 Bis of the same Code, as well as those provided for in the Law on Forfeiture.

Likewise, for products such as real estate acquired on credit or leases, Summer Real Estate & Travel is obligated to request additional data that will allow it to estimate payment feasibility, using quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine your creditworthiness and payment capacity.

Purposes of processing your personal data:
The personal data that Summer Real Estate & Travel collects will be used for the operation and registration of the products or services that you have contracted, as well as to offer you, if applicable, other real estate or lease products from Summer Real Estate & Travel or any of its affiliates, branches, associates, agents, or companies that are part of Summer Real Estate & Travel, and to send you promotions of other goods or services related to said products.

Transfer of personal data:
Summer Real Estate & Travel may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties that provide it with necessary services for its proper operation, as well as to its affiliates, branches, associates, agents, or companies that are part of Summer Real Estate & Travel.

In these cases, we inform you that Summer Real Estate & Travel will take the necessary measures to ensure that the individuals who have access to your personal data comply with the privacy policy, as well as with the principles of personal data protection established in the Law.
The data to be disclosed by the Holder will be all those necessary for the Responsible Party to be able to offer the product, operation, or real estate or lease service in question.

The data processing that the Responsible Party will carry out includes evaluation, analysis, use, handling, utilization, transfer, disposition, storage, access, and any other analogous action (or even the proper destruction of documents when it is not necessary to store them) that is necessary for the Responsible Party to be able to offer the Holder a product, operation, and/or real estate or lease service in compliance with its respective corporate purpose.

On the other hand, the Holder accepts and authorizes the Responsible Party to transmit to any third party with whom the Responsible Party has entered into or subsequently enters into a legal or business relationship, the data and information that the Holder has provided. The transfer of data to said third parties will be limited to their offering the Holder offerings related to the products and services they offer by virtue of their corporate purpose.

These third parties will be notified of the contents of this privacy notice, and they will be obligated to respect its terms and limitations.
In the event that the Holder wants to limit the use or disclosure of their data or exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, they may do so starting August 15, 2024, by consulting the procedure established by our company.
